MUSIC, MEMORIES AND MELODIES
Main Street Memory Café is an innovative program for people experiencing the early stages of diminished memory capacity, and their care partners. This fun and unique outing is an opportunity for stimulation, education, recreation, and fun among peers. Monthly social and cultural indoor programs include creative self-expression activities, a healthy snack and plenty of conversation and socialization. The group meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 1:30-3:30 at Valenti’s Delicatessen and Market, 105 N Main St 63301 Saint Charles, MO.

Join the Memory Lounge at Main Street Church for a fashionable themed afternoon. A place where people living with early stages of memory loss and their care partners are welcome. Our Memory Lounge offers live music, singers, storytellers, and entertainers. Grab a healthy snack and refreshments for a taste of times gone by. This program is located at the Main Street Church 116 N Main Street in Historic Saint Charles on the last Tuesday of the month.

MEMORY CAFÉ ZOOM
Activities Program for anyone with internet access and a tablet, smartphone or laptop who wants to:
- Increase socialization
- Decrease isolation and loneliness
- Use and maintain cognition and communication skills
- Improve overall mood, focus and concentration
Zoom activities include: chair exercise, armchair travel around the world, musical fun and music history, crafts and creative arts, trivia, cooking demonstrations, and more!
Our interactive Zoom sessions run 60 minutes on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month, starting at 3:30 and end at 4:30.
